           Where we belong.

              Where we will never go.

 

They are about place, geology, the human hand,

unification, borders and colonization. As paper

maps are treated as obsolete, the nature of the

work has embraced an element of nostalgia. Each drawing engages a sense of paying homage and engaging in a conversation with the place, the cartographer, the inhabitants and the viewer.
